Good morning sleepy heads, just another lazy Saturday morning / afternoon in Adelaide with no Speedway? WRONG! South Australian Speedway fans will have the oppertunity to show their ANZAC spirit tonight (Saturday 24th of April) when Waikerie's Sunline Speedway will play host to a huge meeting with a variety of classes to suit just about every Speedway fan's taste.
From open wheelers to tin tops the racing is shaping up to be a cracker and topping it all off will be a non stop and action packed Figure 8 Race. If this year's event is anything like the one from last year this should be one not to be missed!
The AMCA Nationals light will shine brightly this weekend as a huge field of competitors are expected to challenge as they chase the cash up for grabs thanks to the social club members having found some great sponsors who have got behind the rock'n V8 class!
Some of the supporting classes also keen to give it their all in the ANZAC event include: Formula 500's Lightning Sprints Modified Sedans Street Stocks Junior Sedans
With all this (almost 30 events) and a whole lot more entertainment on and off the track we look forward to seeing you there! Gates open at 1:00 pm while racing is scheduled to kick off at 6.00pm Bar and canteen facilities are available at the track.
People are invited to camp at the track over night as the 'AMCA Nationals Family' will be hosting their annual 'Come and Play Day' for friends, sponsors and crew members, etc on Sunday afternoon.
